Chiloquin Visions in Progress: (CVIP) is an all-volunteer organization that was formed in 1995 by three local volunteers to provide a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt umbrella for central Klamath County organizations and projects that are community oriented and quality of life enhancing. Their idea was to be able to facilitate positive community projects by providing tax-exempt status, grant administration and other support.
